Stop motion (dis)assembly of a Spitfire Triumph’s engine

What started out as a collection of pictures while stripping down the Spitfire Triumph’s engine he bought off eBay, turned into an “11 month-project, 3.000 pictures and a lot of coffee.” The snaps were originally meant to help put it back together. But they also make for a nice stop motion.

And in case you were wondering about the music: it’s “In The Hall Of The Mountain King” from Edvard Griegs “Peer Gynt Suite”.
